Well, a few words now that I'm in Indiana...

Couple of highlights in my life:
* Jury duty a week ago- a guy younger than myself was in for a DUI; the prosecution was weak, the defense was horrible, and the jury didn't have the slightest clue on how to be impartial.  I said fuck it and hung the jury, actually.  This has been in my head all this time ( Read more... )

I have to say, I'm extremely pleased with the prospect of taking these next semester (if I decide to stay):

1) GWS 539- Feminist Theories II with Frank Galarte
I'm already taking a class with Frank and I have to say, he is quite the sweetheart.  I'm excited to see what he decides to put in the syllabus.
