life is weird. and these fucking fire alarms just keep coming. this time i brought a towel for warmth. i will personally hunt down and throttle the person who keeps setting them off. soon.
"cheated hearts" by the yeah yeah yeahs is the soundtrack to my life right now, but not for the obvious reasons. it's just a good song with a really catchy backing.
i bought fishnet thigh-highs and a garter belt. i think i know what i'll be for halloween. i am, after all, a whore-in-arms (with meredith).
so college is treating me quite well. i know i haven't updated in the longest time. i have 60+ pages of reading to do before tomorrow. i think that college will teach me some good life lessons. my entry wants to have an 80s- and christmas-themed fondue party for halloween. and some of us want to dress up as tramps.
pipe band this weekend, but first a cabaret innew york with the german class. i think it'll be good to go back and be grounded in the pipe band again. some of this has been quite surreal.
and damn, some of the shit i used to be so worried about means absolutely nothing anymore, and some of the stuff i took for granted worries me now.
