I have found the BEST non-dairy ice cream ever! It is made by Good Karma,(www.goodkarmafoods.com) is vegan, and gluten free, and is very yummy. My favorite is carrot cake- soooo yummy. But, mudd pie and mint chocolate chip is good as well. This is the best darn non-dairy ice cream I've had- and I've tried them all. It's things like this that prevent me from losing any weight...
