Ciao a tutti! Hello everybody!
We’re back from Lago di Garda, Italy. Yesterday night at 9.45h we were greeted at home by our beloved kitten "Gipsy" . She definitely was upset with us for leaving her one week alone just being shepherd by a friend of mine (who by the way did a very good job). But after giving her some extra TLC and extra portion goodies she was all good again :D
It was a wonderful vacation. The Lago di Garda never fails to impress me with its beauty. The weather was fantastic and we made some great trips in the compass of the lake. Everyday we went swimming, sunbathing (including allergic reaction to the sun for my part, but nothing severe) and enjoyed the delicious Italian food and wine. Actually, I managed to read the play "Blackbird" (it´s a very, very good, intense play) and a really hot, highly erotic story, which causes some extra drops of sweat on my forehead requiring some cooling in the lake :D. Patrick became a very good swimmer finally and spent most of the time in or underwater. Now, we´re slightly tanned, I certainly gained some weight but we´re happy. Altogether, we had a great time down there!
I’ll post loads of pictures soon so you all can get an impression of the wonderful Lake and the fun we had. But first I have to do a lot of laundry and unpacking!
