I think it's funny that in every post I make I say I should really update this more.
Things are going really great for me. For those of you who don't know, I'm going to be a father. The due date is April 4th as of right now, but that'll probably move around as the pregnancy progresses.
Things at work are getting better every day. I've finally turend that corner mentally where I am actually enjoying showing up and putting in my hours instead of just wanting to be doing it. It's a great feeling. I had a close friend tell me I should be given a loyalty bonus because I was so fired and enjoying myself. Good sign.
School is going to be starting up at the end of the month. I cut back my schedule to part time because I want to improve our financial situation a bit more so I can afford to put in a couple heavy semesters in the future to finish off my degree. Plus, my pre-reqs are all sorts of out of sync so taking a couple semesters to line those back up again will be nice. I hate mixing some 101 GE class in with a schedule full of degree-specific courses. It just seems to unfocus me.
