So I found out what happened with that guy I work(ed) with who just didn't show up. It turns out he went to the main office, turned in his uniforms, and quit. Problem is, he didn't tell my supervisor, so we didn't know that he wouldn't be there. The main office assumed that the site supervisor had been told, as that would be common courtesy, so they didn't inform him.
