Just Checking In....
I've decided that if I could live anywhere it would be in Northern California... at least as close to as I could get. Flew in here on Saturday (That was fun, let me tell ya...), attended the local church where my cousin's husband preaches on Sunday... then proceeded down to the harbor to get THE BEST Fish and Chips in this nation!!! They even cut them into slices to where you could dip them into the tartar sauce... YUM!! Today we went down to the beach where I got to climb up on all the huge rocks that everyone gaucked in awe... They really wern't all that hard... I've climbed harder hills really. After that I went tidepooling before the tide came in... the official count was 128 fiddler crabs, 28 sea urcins, 2 rock shrimp, 1 soft-shelled crab, and countless hermit crabs... oh yeah, and I lost count off all the kelp that washed up on shore.
