Wind Whistler! My favorite G1 pony! I've been wanting to customize one for quite awhile now and finally got around to it. Some technical mistakes on my part for rushing to see her finished but not too bad. So happy!

Originally a Rainbow Dash figure.
Repainted (because they are different hues of blue) and rerooted.
