It's a little past 2:30 p.m. and I woke a little past 7 a.m.  If today was tomorrow I would have had to have just completed a 5 ft x 6ft chalk drawing in that exact time frame. I'm tired. I'm sleepy. I'm aching all over and all I've done today is get blood drawn for lab work, eat breakfast, took mom to the store to buy a jacket, and organize things for tomorrow's Chalk the Block. That's it. No heavy lifting, no running, no nothing and I am so very tired. Needless to say I am worried about my participation tomorrow. This is precisely why I'm doing a relatively simple chalk drawing:

I'm not even sure if I'll be able to finish this. I'm worse off this year than last year energy and pain wise. Last year I was only worried about my eyes and putting in eyedrops every hour so. Even then I ended up exhausted and fell asleep only a few hours after the event (after taking a hefty amount of pain killers for the ache). I have no idea what's in store for me tomorrow.

In related news, today is World Arthritis Day.
