Read up a bit on Succubi on Wikipedia (that's a totally reliable source, right?) and found out that in some folklore they look like beautiful women from far away until closer inspection and when you can see their bird like feet. Also, in India a succubus is draped in a white saree. I combined both ideas. Next up is "true monster" which is the vaguest theme ever.
