Finally
Well,
for some reason i was looking back over the past years journal entries and thought i'd better add another too the collection.
Things are great, I am finishing up at this hell hole of a job in the next few weeks and can't wait to get out of here. I have just had enough of this company and the owners and general environment, time for a change. I think i would like to do retail for a while or something away from the office.
So counting down the days really. Apart from that life is good, doing Pageant at the moment which is a big send up of American beauty pageants, some of you may have caught it last year at Hacket hall.
This year we are at the playhouse theatre and its going to be bigger and better then ever. Lots of new costumes, same girls (apart from me) but yes lots of fun. The cast is great, really get along with Drew/Texas and also Anthony aka Miss Bonnie Plains from the Candy Bang Idol 2.
Won't say too much more about the show, as i don't want to give it away but also love my character she seems to be a cross between Jessica Simpson and
J-Lo.

It really is a great laugh.
Apart from that just sorta doing stuff around town, the last few months have been busy. Took a couple of shows down south which was great, went over well and also got to relax a bit.
As well as pageant have a competition on called storm the stage which should be good fun.
Started up this year by a few big names in australian theatre and stuff. I decided it was music theatre Idol, because there has been a number of heats and stuff with lotsa judging-although the judges didn't make comments in front of the audience. Anyway got into the Grand Final of that which is good, on at the Burwood theatre in about a month, so very happy to be there, final 10 and and $5000 prize. Nice to get a bit of recognition really, like i guess getting to this point means i'm ok cause i know a lot of other "good" performers who didn't get in. So just happy to be there.
Ok enough about how great i am!
So now really i'm just making plans for next year, don't know where I'll be yet but none the less I'll be having fun.
I sem to be quite reflective at the moment, i think because things are happening, leaving job things like that so even though its not close to the end of the year yet. I just think it's been a good year for me.
