Hmm...
Bad weather blows for running....like...i'm so not in the modd to go out and run...but...i must....so far today i ahve not pigged out on junk food....and i suppose i'll be safe as long as I eat a light dinner and go straight to bed...anyway...i'm off for a run...then...i'll "re-update"
