Anime Banzai is our local con. This is their 5th year running and it's been really awesome to watch the con grow since it started. The first year they had about 600 people, and this year they had about 2,700.

There are 15 500x375 pictures under the cut. Most of them are FMA related, but there are a few that aren't.

( Hughes is 50% more huggable with a halo. )

You and your hubby look great together. He makes a perfect Hughes, and you know I love your Roy. Please tell him I said he looks terrific, and thanks for sharing the pics!

OMG, your icon just made me abruptly realise how similar Hughes and Mayor Wilkins are. Um, apart from the spider-eating and the giant apocalypse snake thing. Aww and yikes!

Great photos - and kudos to your husband for a great, committed job of growing and correctly shaving Hughes' funny little beard. XD

Thanks :D I'll be sure to tell him you said so. He had a bit of a time with the beard since his own facial hair over the chin doesn't quite grow up as high as Hughes's, but I think it worked out anyway :)

Your local con looks like a lot of fun, and out of 2700, it looks like FMA was pretty well represented. Your costumes look so good!

haha yeah we did have quite a few FMA people, though not as much as last year because we had both Ed and Hughes's voice actors there so there were FMA people running around all over the place (though mostly Eds XD)

Thanks for the compliments on the costumes <3 I will pass them on to our Ed who did most of the work on them. ^_^
