Update
As I have been at away with no net connection for just over 9 days a little update is in order.
Good stuff:
Had a go at driving in my mum's car. Did not damage anything and found it relatively easy.
Earned a nice spot of cash for helping my dad's business. Selling pictures of kiddies to their parents as part of a compo in the local rag.
SINergy is this weekend :)
Not so good stuff:
I have to find another place to stay :( My landlord would like me out by the end of August.
SINergy is this weekend and I have to pack tonight after just getting back from 9 days away.
After taking 6 days holiday to help my dad, plus various other larp and re-enactment events, I am running the very real possibility of Running out of holiday! I may have to start pulling sickies to cover some of the events I have planned.
Positive stuff based on the above:
I have a very big incentive to learn to drive asap so that I can move all my crap into wherever I will be living come September.
To make moving easiser I will be selling, on fleabay, some of the useless crud I have lying around.
