I think all these updates mean i hate being alone all morning at work. But with a keyboard and a giant cup of coffee... well really this is the best option. My 10am private lesson bailed, which is fine, so a tiny window of time opened up for me to play. Yeah for my mom who fixed all this plane ticket stuff. I was going to buy it. My parents aren't the "let me help you out" kinds, atleast on a random basis. They paid my car and health insurance until I got out of college and then ditched that. And that was the last thing they were helping with. Oh, and mom is buying me a dentist appointment! But here are the details-on the airplane, not the dentist:). I leave at 8:30am August 2nd. It looks like out of all of us, the first batch leaves on saturday morning, but they're all staying with Charlotte's aunt. Lucky people get extra vacation-- and I think we're supposed to have rehearsal on the first! In Trouble! Some people are driving up to "save money." I think its just cause Mary is scared of planes. The last time i went to JDWC in chicago we stayed at someone's house. But getting back and forth between classes and lunch became the important part of the day, and sweating on the L looking like you may keel over wasn't so glamourous. When I went to JDWC in Costa Rica we stayed at the specified hotel. It was so beautiful--and touristy! Huge pool, breakfast served on an outdoor patio, waterfalls, a bar in the pool, palm trees in the pool, you know, the works. And it was cheap. And in between classes and meals, there was time to go play in the pool or nap or shop. Really different than the chicago time. I think there weren't so many events in costa rica either. But,anyways, just trying to justify to myself that as someone who is in a leadership position with the company, I should be around. And I need to babysit christina a bit. Make sure she stays beautiful. I need to email Tremaine today and suck up so that he will remember me when I get there. We have a place to stay in nyc for the weekend-- but its in Jersey City. That's okay. Our old roomate Steven has lent us his floor. We just need to figure out how to get from the airport to his house without taking a taxi. Today, I need to pay for JDWC tuition, type up the company flight info, finish up this dang t-shirt, and get some posters and flyers ready for back to school. I'd also like to plan a dance competition to kick of Dance Athens this year. Can you plan something and then not be there when it happens?
