Today I had a giggle fit. Like when your seven years old at a slumber party wearing too hot pajamas and eating moon pies till your head hurts giggles. Abie thought it was funny. It started when i tried to get catie to pop my back cause it felt weird after class today. We call this Harumphing. As in, "Catie, will you harumph me?" "Okay, where?" "On the floor." "Cool." So the harumphing didn't work and then abie tried and then I got her to superman fly me backwards--that stretches your back really well-- abie's back popped. Not mine. The giggles start. Between Melissa, John, Abie, Catie and I we tried all sorts of things. Melissa had me lean over the arm of a sofa. I turned upside down and got stuck. Abie and Catie shook me and mushed me and not one little pop came out. However, the phrase "Crack Ya Bones!" was reborn in our household. After watching too much Eddie Izzard I made up a song. The new, and very annoying to catie version goes like this.
Smush it like a sweet potato,
Crack Ya Bones!
Made it out of rattlesnake,
Crack Ya Bones!
Rubber baby buggie Bumper,
Crack Ya Bones!
Call me Michaelangelo,
Crack Ya Bones!
Abie made tapioca-there is no way i spelled that correctly--tonight. I don't remember when exactly abie started making tapioca, but its always reminded me of living on 4 north and having random food and craft fests all night--and laughing hysterically, or historically as I mis-said tonight. Does tapioca remind anyone of any movie from their childhood? Like the word cordial reminds me of the drunk scene in Anne of Green Gables. Tapioca reminds me of something, maybe even something bad, but i don't remember what movie. When you think of tapioca, what do you think of? Night, chick peas.
