Aleksander Skarsgard was brilliantly cast. (And not just cause he's hot ;) ) He's totally perfect as Eric and actually makes Sookie act more like she does in the book.

When I read the spoiler thinger on the guide I was like... Hoyt and Jessica? But when I saw them together and thought about it more, I was like, 'Awwww! They're perfect for each other.' And then there is also the exciting bit about Jessica controlling herself and not harming him... lol He was such a sweetheart in the books.

I haven't read the books yet. I didn't want to because I was afraid I wouldn't like the series anymore (I have a way to active imagination and then TV shows and movies can't keep up with what I picture happening), but I think I might give the books a shot. And Eric is pure lust, he is really growing on me this season. What the hell was that thing that attacked Sookie?

I thought Jessica and Hoyt where cute together too.

OH do give the books a shot. I loved them. There are nine so far... some were better than others but I found them all enjoyable to read. The series is different enough from the books to where it feels like it's another chapter in the Sookie Stackhouse story. They are all written in first person so with the series, you get a better view of the other character's lives(especially Tara, Lafayette, Jason etc.)

I LOVE him so hard, I've seen so much of his stuff its creepy. So he IS in the later eps of True Blood then? I might give it another try...

Oh My God! I totally forgot/didn't realize that was him. That's amazing. And he most def. is in the later books in the series. I really hope they stick to the books in that department. :)
