Ok, - we did the 5k, and Ana did the Way Cool Kids Run. That was so cute. :) She was in the youngest division and she did really well. We didn't have to hold her hand or anything, she just took off after Daddy. :) Wish I had a picture. I do have her ribbon she got, her race # (every kid got 1, of course) and the shirt.
After that, I got the coolers together (after getting my brain in gear), met Scott and we went to the hash. He got 1 customer done, put one off until today. I picked-up scouting the mall gig. I got a bit drunk at the hash, but was ok to drive myself back from the parking lot we left the truck in. Decided no-dice on the Rolex 24 this year. Rainy and cold. I'm glad - Ana had been asleep, so we tried to keep her that way. I think she stayed up for a bit, but I fell asleep at 8pm. Seriously. Got up around 12midnight, took a shower, took care of Ana's shots, etc. went back to sleep until 8am this morning!
Today, I let her watch DVR'd Sesame Street from Friday while I woke up. (after 12 hours of sleep you would *think* I would be wide awake!) Made pancakes and eggs for breakfast - around 10am went to Florida Mall to look at job possibility. (Crack. Utter crack, these people) No one there, I called the manager later. His corporate are stupid, I guarantee. Any rate, went to second appt. fixed her issue w/ the Mac person's help. (in Leopard they changed the location of stuff) Collected for today and other unpaid from previous - deducted $$ for a present Scott bought me from her (kids selling catalog stuff for school) and he gave it to me when he got home. :) It is a pretty necklace that you can put a picture in. Silver w/ black. :) He's so sweet! Who knew?! ;)
So now I am home and ready for 'time off'. :) Tomorrow I have some stuff to do. My desk doesn't have quite the amount of stuff it has in the past, so that's good! That means it won't be an all-day event to go through mail.
