Ugh, Im on my second month of taking Oratane, which is a generic of Accutane, which is like an acne medication satanized(not sanatized, but satanized, like "satan") so yeah.. it is supposed to cause like suicidal thoughts and stuff. but that's all a lie. the people that got depressed was probably because their acne was so severe that they even commited suicide and stuff..
well my acne is not really bad. i have a few pimples, but they come out too often. so i went to a dermatologist and i got this medicine. and well it definetly works..
this medicine is a derivative from vitamin a. and what it does, is that it changes your DNA structure.....
yeah, it changes a trait in your dna. it makes your sebaceous glands smaller, thus preventing the clogging of pores and minimizing the p.acnes (pripobacterium acnes... i hope i spelled that right) so you do not get acne anymore. 50% of the people that have used this treatment never get acne in their entire lives. i am seriously hoping i am on that side of the fifty percent..
well i actually for some reason learned all the vocabulary lol.. its cool to know this stuff :p
well anyways. i did some research on alternatives to this retinoid, and there was a peculiarity that really grabbed my attention and made me very aware of something that i do not think that many people are aware of..
well...
first, acne is considered a DISEASE. so it has to be treated by a doctor. Now, in EVERY SINGLE over the counter acne treatment is somewhere within the package or instructions or SOMEWHERE in very small font something that says "this product is not intended to prevent or cure any diseaseE" ( i also memorized that :p)
WTF??......
ugh those people satanized and made the medical, and only (maybe) definitive cure to acne problems... and all those fakes that only supress acne. ugh well all those counter medecines that only suppress the problem are made to make money. so all those companies make accutane seem like the devil itself in order to make people stay away from it and get money out of it.
well from a business point of view, that would be a perfect business, since it would only be suppressed, and not cured, then they would HAVE to come back to buy some more of the miraculous product that supresses acne.
umm.. yeah, oh well...
yeah, i mean accutane dries your lips. just use lib balm every 2-3 hours
dry nose - apply pretrolleum jelly in nostril in the morning,
dry face... apply some mouistourizer
sun sensitivity...use sunscreen..
there are more side effects..
if you check the side effects on an american website and an european (which is where it was originally developed) or even a mexican website,
the american one is the only one that seriously makes this drug seem FATAL.

my face now is sorta dry. and like acne free, oratane is usually only prescribed to severe cystic acne. but since my acne like has been on and on and on for like years now, ill just get this... damn... yeah
