Sunday At Double Bluff

Yesterday was another skimboard day. The guys built a beehive house out of driftwood and it's pretty awesome. There are also pictures of a few of my sweet skimboard wounds under the cut.

That first picture is of the beehive from the side. It was so well camouflaged I got lost trying to navigate back to it from the water.

Front entry to beehive. I'm not sure if you can make out the tags on the driftwood but they say stuff like WOOD B B HIVE and WOOD.

Looking out from the inside.

Looking up. It's about 12 feet high. The guys spent a few hours on it. I put up some benches inside and Aarie stuffed most of the cracks with grass, which added to the camo.

There's a good shot of the yard.

Beach art!

AND NOW THE WOUNDS!

This one is still coming to fruition, getting redder and purpler by the hour.

This one hurts SO much there must be something inside it. In real life it's grosser.

I haven't had this much fun getting hurt since I learned fencing.
