Blaaaaaah these VPS/FMV jobs always take longer than I thought. I just can't get it all fast like my mom, and I can't figure out her secret to it. She can't even explain it. ^_^;; Oh well, gotta get back on it. At least this'll give me more decent monies.
Meanwhile, gotta eat first, and give the fuzzball more food. Man, I dunno where she puts all that! I guess all that running around, nosing underneath a piece of paper and running around with it on her back, burrowing under the couch, vaulting over it, and wrestling with my anime plushies has something to do with it. :P
I might have to put my gas on the credit card one more time... The price has gone way up here, probably because a butterfly pooped on a tour guide's head in Zimbabwe or whatever the government's excuse is this time. And I have five dollars and thirteen cents left on me, all jingle-money. 'tis the season. :P I think I've missed bank hours yet again, and either way gotta keep my bank full to make sure none of my bill checks turn rubber anyway.
Apologies to the many who don't like Christmas, but I'm enjoying seeing all the lights, feeling the crispness of the air bring me back to some level of alertness, and am hoping for at least a little snow. If anything, it's a lot of nostalgia for me; Christmas-related stuff has been almost nothing but positive for me throughout my childhood, and colored lights are just naturally pretty anyway. Not to mention that the holiday does help me renew connections with my religion. (Which I still dunno what it'd qualify as; I'm confirmed Catholic but that was before I knew there were other choices out there. :P ) Even though the birth happened at a totally different time of year than we celebrate it, the observance makes me feel all warm inside. Heck, I'd rather feel warm inside in winter than late spring. :P
I haven't been in the spirit much these past few years, being so overstressed and depressed and whatnot for so long. But now that things have improved so much, I'm feeling anticipation and excitement again. There's not a lot I can get anyone in my family, probably nothing but service with a smile, and probably won't be a lot of material stuff I'll get either. I luff my early-present blanket though, it's soooo fluffyyyy! X3 But there's togetherness and good food and hot coco on the horizon. That's good enough for me.
