Social currency transformed by time into cash currency

At one time, there was no cash, there was only social currency, social capital. These days social currency and social capital is being devalued, and transformed into a cash currency only market. The idea of gaining social captial is basically meaningless. The professions of caring for others or of the environment, of any who cannot speak for themselves, has been devalued to the point of being meaningless.

Unless societal value is once again given value in society, humanity is going to remain unvalued, and a growing portion of society will continue and continue to escalate.

There is no value in human life, no liability in human suffering.

Without this there is no motivation for western society to care for the poor, the under-supported. The idea of 'charity' being the only thing needed to support the suffering, relegated to the blue rince church set.

And to have religions handling social service work is perhaps the most unethical, judgemental and abusive thing that can be done to the needy.

Since there is no financial value placed on social capital, the only value placed on it is as advertising capital. Corporations move to make token charitable efforts to paint their name in a positive light. These efforts are realistically only token and lack the power to make the sweeping changes society needs to see.
