I just tried the new
Cadbury chocolate lines.. They were on special at Coles and so I thought I would get all three (I had only seen one of them at work).
They are the new Desserts lines. The first one I saw that came out was the Fudge Brownie one. But at Coles I saw they had Lemon Cheesecake as well as Boysenberry Shortcake.
So I opened all three packets (but only had 3 or 4 squares of each. I first had 2 squares of the Boysenberry one.. that wasn't too bad.. Then I tried 2 squares of the Lemon one.. was ok, though not as good as I was hoping.. and lastly I tried the Fudge one.. I liked that one the best :). I then had another square of the Lemon.. still didn't like it as much.. then another of the Boysenberry.. was nice.. and ended on another fudge one.. that way it left a nice taste in my mouth :).
I might take the Lemon one (and maybe the boysenberry one) into work and share them around.. Though, not sharing the Fudge one.
Got my car serviced today. They said I need two more things to do. But I could wait until I could afford them (yeah, right). First I need my rear brakes fixed. Something about the rear wheel cylinders leaking.. that would cost $200. And also said the Timing Belt (???) needs replacing every 5 years of 90,000k's and since I am just over the 90k, I should get it done. He said that if it breaks/whatever, then the car just wont work. I had to laugh when he said they weren't "urgent/must be done now" things. One will stop the car working, the other wont stop the car *smiles*.
I will talk to Peter (Home delivery guy) about it.. and maybe check out the website I heard about on A Current Affair the other week.. a mechanic who doesn't like seeing women ripped off will go through a quote that is given to a woman free of charge and tell her if she is being overcharged/scammed etc and tell her roughly how much parts and labour cost.. I just need to find the site..
Walking from the mechanics to the shops to home then to the mechanics took a lot out of me.. esp after days of doing nothing.
*EDIT* I found the website I mentioned above but it wasn't what I was thinking.. well, more of I thought it was free. It's
ausQuote and you need to pay for membership, but what happens is you take your car to the mechanic, they assess and BEFORE they work on your car they fax the quote to ausQuote who check it etc and then ring you to tell you if it is good or not, then you call the mechanics and say yay or nay. Good in the sense that the mechanic knows they are being checked up on and so wont try and rip anyone off..
