The Beginning of the End
Ok so I decided to start this new journal because my old journal just had a lot of old memories that I really didn't want to keep. I'm not sure if I want to delete it or just keep it there as a reminder of the past that has brought me to where I am today.
Speaking of which, isn't it funny how God works like that? I mean even though we do so many stupid, immature things in our lives God still can give us the kick in the pants that we need and do amazing things with us. I just find it incredible that this time last year I was still sitting in school having no idea what I wanted to do with my life, being an lazy slacker and pretty much just coasting through life. Now I am here in AIM and God is doing amazing things with me, sending me throughout this world to do the only thing in this life worth doing, spreading the good news.
Well in other news I found out where I am going for the field, but I'm not allowed to say anything for awhile because of various reasons. On that note though I have to say that I have an incredible team with awesome people that I already knew pretty well but still it's going to be great getting to know them better and then spending time with the on the field just doing what I love to do.
I guess that's all I have for now, I'll be added people to this journal shortly so hopefully everyone I know gets the memo that this is my new journal.
