An actual update (and I'd better get notes!)

Ok, so updatage on a few random things.

First of all, I would not be a red sox fan if I didn't start this thing off by talking about the team. The series was definitely great and I definitely never gave up hope. Should be interesting to see if Houston wins and they end up facing Clemens again. As much as I want to jump and cheer and go nuts I have to keep in mind not only 1918 but 1946, 1967, 1975, and 1986... for those of you who don't know those are the years that Boston won the pennant but failed to win the series, so I won't let myself get too happy until Boston gets 4 more wins. Then Red Sox nation can REALLY celebrate. My good friend Greg was at game 7 though (he's a sox fan)... Mad props to him for getting his hands on those tickets. Woulda been nice to see history be made)

So things with Lex are going really well lately!!! Our 8 month anniversary was the 18th and we usually don't do gifts but she had got a tip at work so we went to this awesome sports memorabilia store and she told me I could get anything I wanted (within reason of course)... She thought I was gonna go for a keychain (since I told her I had needed one)... but I wanted a mug instead... So i have no idea how much that was cause Lex wouldn't let me look (but it's a WHIKKED nice pats mug), but then she surprised me buy picking up this gorgeous red sox key chain and never even letting me know she had it. I'm not much of a guy for "stuff" but I was just amazed by her sweetness on that. I really love her alot and I hope things keep going the way they're going.

So I got to talk to my best friend Josh tonight. Haven't talked to him in a couple months (he's in the Navy in Washington State) but I had to talk to him about Boston... Turns out we have similar fantasy football teams, lol. Anyways it was so nice to get to talk to him, hadn't realized how much I missed him.

Took my ethno exam today... I got an 83 on my concert write up... BOO, lol. But I think the exam went well. I studied for about 3 hours with Krista and for about 1 with Amanda so I was real confident going in. The test seemed pretty easy so hopefully I did as well as I think I did.

I had to drive to South Hadley Mass today. I never bought this studies book for my lessons and I've had a different excuse like EVERY week for why I didn't have it. First I forgot to order it... then it hadn't come in... then it came in but was in Killingly so I forgot it... Then I accidently left it on my couch... So i couldn't think of anything left and I still hadn't ordered it... Laura thought she had it so I thought I was set, but she had book 3 and 4 and I needed book 1. So in a last ditch effort tonight I called like 8 different places looking for the book. Finally I tried Gerry's Music cause I know their huge even though they're an hour away. They had 1 copy! so I drove up there and was like 45 minutes late for NFA but it didn't matter cause all we do is music at the beginning anyway.

Anyone who actually read this entire entry thanks!!! You either are really interested in my life or really bored, lol... I choose the first but guess the latter :-P
