I had the most vivid dream last night...
It was senior prom again.
But a few things were different.
It was all the people from South Kitsap...
But the prom was happening in Wenatchee and we all were attending Wenatchee High School. And if I saw anyone at all who ACTUALLY attended WHS when I was there, it was like I didn't recognize them.
But we were all meeting in a parking lot away from a high school, and the group consisted of Myself, Rachel Abraham, Bailey Nelson, and Jessica Bilderback. We were all really excited and I was still getting all of my tuxedo stuff on since I had just gotten off of work. So the girls were all talking and all excited, waiting for their dates to come up and everyone was hugging because, well, it's prom. It's the last dance you'll ever do. Then Chanté Martinelli drove by and waved at us all. She was on her way to meet someone else.
Then when I was finally dressed, we were just standing around talking and waiting for the girls dates to show up. And this parking lot was crowded for some reason.
Like every senior in the high school decided to say "Let's meet here!"
So everyone was talking and laughing, and as people that I knew would walk up to me, we'd hug and talk a little bit. And I hugged a lot of people. Also, there was some sort of festival in town and it was in the same area. There was wine tasting going on. And these two women, probably around 40 or 45ish, walked up to me with some little wine tasting glasses in their hands and said "How about us? We'd like a hug too!" and so I hugged them and was laughing and everyone watching was laughing. And then they left and I went back to the girls to talk more to them.
And then I slowly woke up. The dream just faded out at that point.
But it's ridiculous how vivid and detailed it was. I could describe exactly what colors and styles of dress the girls were wearing.
My analysis?
It probably just shows that I miss high school, and something about Wenatchee. And that I wish I could have stayed in Wenatchee, but had the people from South Kitsap there with me.
Anyway, thanks for reading. Drop me a line.
