Man, I wish Media Play would go out of business every day forever. I just took my last 20 dollars worth of christmas money there earlier today, and came home with:
"Yoshimi Battles the Pink Robots" by The Flaming Lips
"Z" by My Morning Jacket
"Album of the Year" by The Good Life
I've listened to The Good Life's album twice straight through thusfar, it's simply marvelous. That's right, simply marvelous. In addition to those, I got:
"One Plus One is One" by Badly Drawn Boy
"Takk..." by Sigur Ros
Pretty awesome haul, huh?! I think so. This might be the best Christmas of my life as far as music is concerned. My madre and sister got me the live Incubus and live Pixies DVD'S, too. I'd like to count my blessings for a moment...

That's really it, I just needed to (selfishly I realize) share my envious collection of albums. In return for your patience with my blubbering here, there's more

That's just an excerpt from a short story I'm writing (in lyric form) to be put to music. It's an idea (short story - album) Tyler and I have yearned to capitalize on for too long.
