Ridiculous
So far, since Monday, I have played more hours of frisbee than I have actually slept. I also have what looks like five more games lined up until this Saturday. Ridiculous.
I finished all of my big papers and exams and whatnot. All that I have left to do is write a reflection paper for acting class, perform a monologue (from Anton Chekhov's "The Boor" if you're interested), and act in two scenes for Rosy's directing class. So I will playing three characters this week. That's gonna be a lot of fun.
Also, I just recently found out that I got the lead role in a dinner theatre show for which I have to be off book by this Monday. It's my first professional bit of acting. I'm not sure where the restaurant is just yet, the show has just been cast and everything, but I'll probably ram it down your throats as soon as I know. It's running weekends in July. I'm really, really excited. The restaurant, apparently, seats over 200 people, and they usually sell out for these shows. So hopefully that's true, and even more hopefully, this will lead to further professional jobs.
