Hey gang,
Not sure where that quote is from, exactly, maybe "Swingers"? Still, today that's where my family's headed. My older brother's finishing off a seperate vacation, with his girlfriend, up north, then joining us, a little ways in. Me, I am not sure what to expect. Sadly, the main reason we are going is to see my aunt, who has a brain tumor. Not that seeing her is sad, just that it's under such circumstances. I suppose we are going to try to make the most of it, and it will be nice to spend some time with her. All of this, not to mention a well-deserved break from the reality of Purchase College, and other pressing issues. Thankfully, with the help of my family, and just because of how things worked out, certain unresolved matters were, at least temporarily, taken care of, easing my mind a great deal, and allowing me to better enjoy the trip. My mindset hasn't been the best, lately, as you may have gathered, but we'll see how this goes. Hopefully, I'll get to squeeze in a viewing of "Lord of the Rings: Return of the King", while I'm out there, as the tradition of seeing these on the first night was, unfortunately broken. Well, I'm bringing my early Channukah present from Tamaki, the Extended Edition DVD 4-pack of "The Two Towers", so I guess that'll prepare me, while on the plane, on my awesome new laptop. I hope all of you are having a good time, as well, and will be ready and able to take on the videos, after some time off. Take care.
