So basically we watched Chocolat to be introduced to feminism. Here is what I learned:

1. Women are so fragile, a climatic change can force them to leave town.
2. Little girls have imaginary male friends (sometimes in animal form) to bear with their penis-envy.
   
3. Women clean things really effectively, whether it's a corner or a room.
4. Need some cooking? No problem, women master that art.
5. Widows are flirtatious.
6. Women are weak to men.
7. Outcasts (specifically river-rats) appeal to women because they too enjoy their oppression.
8. Got a boat? You can score with any girl you want!
9. Are you Johhny Depp? See note 8.
   
10. Women are flirts.
