Time to go back
Tonight is it. I wake up at 5:50am again (also known as stupid o'clock in the morning) and go to school. But it won't be for long! I got the paperwork all ready to send off to get my brand new shiny teaching credential!!! Here we go! In three weeks I will be substituting, and sometime in March I have the honor of carrying on with sixth grade as my master teacher goes on maternity leave! And the great part is, they're not just hiring me as a long term sub... they're actually hiring me as a teacher! Excellent news! That means I'm pretty much guaranteed a job in the fall. Don't know what or where, but I've got one!
So only three more weeks, I think I can make it! The hardest part, as usual, is waking up. And even that will be better once I take over sixth grade in March- the middle schools start an hour later!
It's been a few days, so I think I avoided the VERY nasty flu that was going around in CO. I have a lingering cold, which I would take ANY day over the flu! So that's happy.
Oh, and I finally got around to making an avatar :)
