So, my car is officially dead. Something about a blown head, or a gasket. And to fix it, I would have to pay over twice the amount I originaly baught the car for. Ohwell, it served it's perpose, and I think I got my moneys worth.
So, this last saturday, I went looking for a new car. Well, new to me, as I just need something for the next couple of months. Because I am going on my mission soon. Anyways, I still need transportation. Alas, I digress. So I'm out looking for a new car and get a lead to this place that sells inpounded cxars that are sold under a lien. So, this guy has a few of these cars, and I check them out. All are in terrible condition, but he managed to convince me to test drive one. It was a ghastly expieriance. The intirior was shot, the engine shook like a rod was about to fly RIGHT OUT OF THE HOOD. Anyways, I was like "No WAY!" So, I am still looking for a decent ride. One that I did see from another guy was a 81 Ford Mustang GT with less then 80k miles for 4,500. So tempting, but I'm broke and I am leaving in couple of months. Oh man, I wanted it, but I guess I can't have everything I want. :(
Anyways, I am getting my Hep shots soon, this week in fact. So after that, all I have to do is get some enterviews and finish a 2 month mission prep class. THen its off to... somewhere. I bet they will send me to africa where they clik to talk. That would be a useful language to learn, right?
