So this day started out weird -- I was walking down the street because I had just gotten out of my car this morning. Just then a school bus came by and stopped for me?! Then I just turned around and walked to my house. Think they got the point! Then, my mom and I headed over to the college. She had to pick up my youngest sister's books for school and I had to register because I'm taking another Cisco class to get my professional certification. So we were at the bookstore and the lady was talking to me like they were my books and I said no I'm not the one who needs the book. Then my mom asks, "Well how old do you think she is?" And the lady said FIFTEEN! Yah, 11 years ago. hehe. My friends from MA -- Tammy and Jill --everyone thought they were younger too. Talk about annoying everytime we went to the casino.
Today someone responded to the mama cat of my baby cat (not the new babies - they're orphan kitties). I'm going to miss her. She's so sweet. You could be just sitting outside or something and she would come right up to you and sit on your lap. I'm glad she's going to a good home. That's the hard part about saving all these cats, you get attached and then you have to give them away. :( I hope I get to spend time with her before she goes.
While driving around looking at some investment properties, we stopped at Central Market. I had the bestestestest Orange juice of my life ever! yum. They have so much good stuff there.
I rediscovered basketball today. Mmm LOVE playing. I used to go to a park in MA and play - miss that, but....... I have one at LA Fitness!! So my coworker and I shot some hoops today. And it's way better then the boring treadmill or elliptical. Blah.
So I'm going to start posting pics from about a year ago (if I have them at the time) to see how far I've come.
