For some reason, I’m getting fat even though I’ve been exercising much much more. Tb says I’ve been piling on the calories as read here. But but… I’ve been counting cals tog w jc who’s trying to lose weight! Recap last week:

mon (7 Jan) - met jc to do her nails, then tonkatsu soup ramen at mof. That’s healthy right?
tue - tried to catch Radio On at NMS but it was sold out! Ended up baking grocery shopping. Home cooked rice for dinner. L
wed - library to borrow books then went home n overate. L
thurs - 50min jog at botan gdns, then grilled dory fish at Dempsey hut w mt. good.
fri night hot date - olive ristorante at lab park - seafood platter/ duck confit/ prawns n mushroom pasta in aglio olio/ tiramisu/ btl of merlot
sat - Caesar salad lunch at café les amis | dinner at riciotti - spaghetti e gamberi/ bite of pizza/ proscuitto w melon/ tiramisu/ 2 glasses of wine
sun - 1 hr blading at ecp | spinach bacon quiche/ or-mango smoothie at coff club | homecooked jap curry chicken/ cauliflower + broccoli w rice | green bean soup

o gosh! I ate so much yesterday. No wonder the pants are tight today! No more food for me for rest of today. L

wanted to run this evening, hopefully the rain will stop!

I had a good wkend again, good food w sun n exercise. N played board games at settler’s on sat too. A good mix of everything, n met up w 3 diff grps of frens. Poor bf had to work everyday over e wkend.

Hmm, where shall we go this wkend? Every fri nite is our ‘hot date’ night. Majestic hotel? Or will it be cluny burger? Sat shall be beauty world cha cha cha! Then perhaps we’ll b inspired n finally make it down to a club.
