i'm in minneapolis right now, visiting the fam.
i went to Pizza Luce last night, which, for those that don't know, has the most amazing vegan pizza probably EVER! hooooo-boya it was delish!
i also went grocery shopping with me ma yesterday and discovered that you can buy a four-pack of both those boylan and natural brew drinks for $2.50! hoooo-shit! i think i might just blow my entire paycheque from the post office all on creame soda!
Jessica C.M. was in town (i believe she still is) which was hella rad. i'm pretty mad that i had to leave after only hanging out with her twice. She invited me to her family christmas dinner which was possibly the best dinner of my life. Tofurky, Vegan stuffing and gravy, mashed potatoes, yam-mash, vegan cake with soy ice cream, and she even gave me cookies to take home. man, i'm jelouse of myself looking back on that.
i left for minneapolis the next morning, Dec 25th, and had a christmas dinner of gas station popcorn, and a chocolate barish thing. i didn't care, i don't celebrate christmas, but i did feel a little bad for my sisters partner who does.
so, i just got over strep throat and finnished taking my penicillin yesterday. now i've got some sort of infection or something in my kidneys. the shitty thing is that i'm in the US, so i can't go to a doctor and get this checked out. It's hella weird though, the penicillin should have killed all bacteria in my body, so it seems pretty impossible the i could have an infection, but i really don't know what else this could be. man, the US really needs to work on that health care thing. i really need to work on my immune system.
in other news, things in copwatch are going really well. we have these two events planned in january, coming up pretty soon i suppose. yikes.
we would totally love if anyone wanted to help us poster for these events. we could go together. it could be fun!
well, i suppose i will be back on Jan 2nd. there is court on jan 2nd, and something is actually supposed to happen. riiiiight.
