darn...things were going so well...
Work went rather smoothly. Didn't get as much done as I would have liked but that wasn't my fault. Some programmers from Boston are twiddling their thumbs or something when they're supposed to be returning my phone calls...grrrr!
Came home after work, took a quick nap then prepared for taking my turn in leading Bible study tonight. Bible study went really well. We talked a lot about the importance of coming together and growing closer to each other in our small group while at the same time growing closer to God. We had several people really let down their guard and open up to us. I love it when that happens! :)
We finished up about an hour late (all the good Bible studies run late for some reason) and unfortunatly fell victim to the giant speed trap know as ALL OF MOORE! Oh well, got a ticket but can't complain about it because I deserved it. I tried to remain in a good mood even though I was signing the stupid ticket and fortunatly, the officer was really nice about it. It's not like he could let me go...I was really going too fast. :-S
So take my advice...read your Bible. Work on getting a closer relationship with other Christians around you. Don't speed on your way home from Bible study...no matter how much you want a taco.
