Okay, so Justin said he would do the score for my thesis, but I'm freaking out because I have so little done and it's due really soon and he needs time to write the music and stuff. But I sent him the 10-15 seconds of it that I have so far, and he wrote some "sketch" music for it just so I could see what he had in mind for it.
And it's AWESOME. I mean, I love everything he writes, but it's so cool to have a piece of music that goes along with my animation like that. And I was surprised that he could just put something like that together in a couple of hours. Yeah, the movie's less than 15 seconds long, but still... It's amazing how the music just brings everything together. I just love it so much, and I'm all excited about how the final piece will sound, provided that I get off my ass and start animating so he actually has some more to work with. ^_^;;
So, yeah, I'm all happy now. I'd better head down the to lab to get some work done, though.

What I say? Just wait until the final version is done, which will be sometime over the next six months. Sadly, the current version was a bit rushed due to "time constraints," (not like you can tell from watching-she has mad CG skillz), but it's something to look forward to.
