I just had to take advantage of the KB Toys video game clearance somehow. For just $9.99 (nope, not even tax!), I couldn't refuse. I ended up getting Shinobi (SEGA / PlayStation 2)-a game I was told to stay way from due to severe difficulty. My friends know how I am, though: difficulty is a fetish for me. I'll usually handle anything that's worth playing through. I figured if I made my way through Contra: Shattered Soldier (KONAMI / PlayStation 2), this game can't be too much harder. I have a feeling it'll be more frustrating than hard. It seems pretty fun so far, but I understand I'll get pissed off because I fell in a pit after trying to make my way through a 10-minute stage (once you die, you must restart from the beginning of the entire stage). It'll keep me busy, though. That and FINAL FANTASY X-2 (SQUARE ENIX / PlayStation 2)-which I am not paying for-will keep me busy this holiday break. Wait...break from what? College? No, that's over with. Hmm...
