The 2nd largest Mardi Gras in the US
Yesterday Jen and I, along with her sister, went to Soulard (that's pronounced Soo-lard) for the Mardi Gras Grand parade. We found a nice spot near the beginning of the parade right in front of a SoCo Hurricane booth (that also sold beer, thank the gods).
Anyway. It was a good time. I helped the girls catch about 250 beads. I took about 180 pics (no boobs, sorry guys) that you can look at here:
After the parade, we made our way back to the Metrolink station by walking around Busch Stadium, we put a couple more strands (including a more appropriate red strand) on an already bead-bedecked Jack Buck.
