So, I purchased a game on Steam the other night. It's called "Terraria". For $10, it might be the best independent game I've purchased in awhile. It's got single & multiplayer modes. The basic premise is you start out on a world with a few wooden items (a sword, hammer & a copper pickaxe) and have to defend yourself while exploring/digging to find more & better items to equip yourself. It's pretty open-ended, from what I've seen. 8 hours in and I've barely scratched the surface (no pun intended). Do a search on youtube for "totalbiscuit terraria" and watch a couple of the videos to get an idea of what it's about. As always, my Steam ID is the same as my LJ, and I'd love to play with you if you pick Terraria up.
