been a while
SO its been a while since ive made a decent update. Im rather bored and figured id sit here write a little.
Lets see whats been happening lately..
* John and I got an apartment in Coeburn! We have pretty much everything moved in other then the bed and a few other things.
* John got a job at Captin D's which he started today.. I miss him sooo much!!
I guess thats the main things that have been going on we have spent pretty much every free second we have cleaning and working on the apartment I swear the people who lived in it before must have never cleaned cuz it was pretty dirty. John shampoo'd the carpets whilest i did most of the other cleaning and washing the walls.. the kitched still needs to be finished and the stove cleaned. They had let uber stuff boil over and theres soo much crusty burt stuff unnder the stove eyes.. ewwwies.. oh well i shall get it up we sprayed some oven cleaner on it to break it up so lol.. Our extra bedroom is getting full very fast with loads of junk.. We have the dresser and chest in our bedroom and hopefully tommmorow evening if all goes well we will have the bed down there. Then we can bring the end tables and our bedroom will be complete other then hanging some pictures and such. The bathroom has a shower curtain and such up that johns mom gave us until the shower and we get the stuff we wanted to decorate it with yay! The living room is also coming together very well johns parents are going to buy us a couch :D We have a recliner, white chair and rocker in there as of now plus coffee table and 2 end tables. We have to move his entertainment center and tv and such down there the end of this week id say! The get some pics up and it will be complete yay!! Hrmm the kitchen still needs a lil work hehe.. I gotta line the rest of the shelves and get the washer in its space and such. My parents are hopefully getting us a dryer mom said she was checking around for a used one. We got the table and chairs yesterday so that was good.. SO everything is going sooo well! Other then the neighbors guest parking in our driveway grr.. once we move in that shit isnt going to fly.. So im certain your tired of hearing about the apartment.. After we get all moved in you all will have to come visit and check it out!!
On to some more exciting stuff! Its only 59 days until we get married. I am excited beyond belief. We picked out a spot going towards high knob. heres a pic!
We went to high knob a few weeks ago and i saw it on the way up and thought we would check it out on the way back down and when we got out and looked i knew it was the perfect spot because it was outside and just soo pretty with the stone steps and such! Its not going to be anything very big just the family and a few friends.. We still have to find someone to marry us which is going to be the hard part seeing as we are having very non traditional wedding vows that dont include all the godly stuff.. No offense to anyone who reads but neither john or I are religous and didnt want to inlcude something like that into our ceromony if we didnt believe in it.. But so far everything is coming together. Just got to pick out some flowers and a dress. =)
Lets see.. what else.. I am not going to college this summer i didnt fill out my fincial aide in time therefore ima go back this fall. Ima just work this summer and enjoy being with john and getting everything ready for the wedding and moving into the apartment!
I guess thats about all thats been going on. We really have been out and about much mostly because we have no extra money to go anywhere but its all worth it. Eventually when we get lined out we'll have extra money and can do some things.. I guess thats about all for now.. I think i may go lay down and nap ive been soo tired lately!
