moving

Well folks, in the interest of saving space in my car, which by this point I am extremely worried about, I've decided to give away a bunch of shirts I've had since I was in junior high and high school, including, but not limited to, shirts from working at the Windsor Branch of the Ft. Smith Public Library, NHS Street Jam, prom, the class shirt for the class of 2002, things that were gifts from my mom and dad, and many others.  *sigh*  I know some of you (maybe all of you) are thinking, "Why the hell does she have those things anyway?"  Well--contrary to popular belief, I am quite a sentimental person--and part of having these things around is to jog my forever flaccid memory--and I am a packrat.  Also, I am not a shopper, and I keep clothes well past their due because I don't like having to spend time and money to replace them.  *sigh* again.  Constant sorting/packing is annoying.  I wish I didn't care so much about keeping so many of my things--I don't understand how some people can pack all of their belongings into two large suitcases and move across the country by plane.  I do get how that can be good for someone, but it would cost SO much (money that I don't have?) to have to buy all of the things to replace the stuff that you used to have handy.
