Day 3 of the NaNoZombie Race
Yeah, it's been pretty much a race for me so far, since I've realized that I've passed the half-NaNovel mark:
28,816 / 50,000
This is both exciting and frightening. xciting, because it's the first time ever I do "so well" during a NaNo, and now I have a super-duper buffer o' Doom, and odds are that even sudden extra piles of school work wouldn't be able to cause me to fail. Frightening, because... because, well, I want to go to a write-in on Nov. 12, and I'd like to still have a few things left to write by then. XD
In other news, upon request by rapunzelita, I jumped today to a scene set further in the novel. There'll be much rejoicing, people, for this is now official: there is a sex scene in my story. And it isn't even totally gratuitous, because it was in the plans as well (only not as, er, developed, if I may say). And if you don't want to believe me, just know that Wolfram is indeed going to walk on Aidan and Mina having sex on Aidan's desk in the captain's quarters. And he's going to be jealous. And he won't even know who he's really jealous of: of Aidan for banging Mina... or of Mina for being banged by her husband. XD
Will post hawt seks scene later on, because right now, I'm not sure yet if I shall post excerpts, or just upload the finished PDF somewhere at some point.
