You know the great thing about living in the burbs in a small town??

They really dont worry about these back roads til alllll of the main ones are taken care of.
What does that mean for me, you ask??
Well, besides 4-6 inches of snow on my road as far down it as you can see....

John is outside right now trying to figure out if we're going to be able to get the car out of the driveway or not. I'm supposed to be there @5am...we'll see if it happens.
I'm pretty sure he's going to call off, though....he drives a half hour to work normally and in this weather it would take FOREVER not to mention probably be pretty dangerous.

Yeah, I swept and shoveled and scraped my way out..but there are 2 hills that I just couldnt get the truck to go up.

We ended up making it out...but had to pull back and forth a few times to get the car up the embankment at the end of the driveway. John went to work, too; he called them and told them he wasn't coming in and they freaked out...so he caved and went. lol

So....I know who your new team leader is.

I'm glad you called off and didn't just try it out cause it could have been very dangerous *clings to him* At least you aren't one of those men who thinks he can do EVERYTHING no matter what...

Oh I can do everything no matter what. I guess the incentive just has to be there.

Work on one end....home, sleep, and talking all day on the other...hmmmmm.
