It's going to cause distractions in class, the children can barely keep their minds on their work as it is! and i'm already struggling to fit in what they 'missed' because of their last teacher, i don't want to be running supplementary classes at the end of the year too ;_;

Have you even thought of the legalities of it? If the kids are allowed pets and someone gets hurt because of it, the school can get sued! Its- its just irresponsible!

I'm just not convinced that being so lax on rules with the children is the right thing to do...

Mmm.. how about we give them a chance? You never know, it could help them focus. I don't mind giving it a go, but the moment we have any major animal-related problems they will out. Satisfied?
