[That's right, Jo is blonde. Well, shit. He decides to do it before she can even think to start teasing him. He walks up, grabs her by the shoulders, and just kisses her full on the lips.]

[Well, given that anon also wanted him to kiss people he wanted to, Jo could take the fact that she fell under the blond category two very different ways.

Regardless, she's startled when the kiss happens, because it actually happens instead of him passing out or something. However, startled does not equal upset and once she realizes that he's not going to have a heart attack, she'll take hold of his shirt and actually kiss him back.]

[He's very insulted Jo would think he would have a heart attack just from kissing a gal. He's also kinda relieved he didn't but she doesn't get to know that.

But beyond that, since she's kissing back he doesn't pull away, sliding his hands down to her waist. He's had a bit of experience with kissing.]

[Look, the castle can be really, really mean sometimes and he did go deer in the headlights just from her brushing up against him. That sort of pro-longed level of shock could be bad for a guy.

As for having experience, Jo's no first-timer here and when his hand slides to her waist her hands release the hold on his shirt and move to lace around his neck. He's lucky he doesn't have the hat on right now.]

[That hat is never seeing the light of day ever again. Probably.

Finally he has to breathe and he pulls away from her, but he's still really close. He's also blushing.]

[Her fingers stay against the back of his neck, smirking at him.]

I should probably keep my mouth shut. [Because if she starts saying something she knows this'll just end horribly for him.]

...Probably. But you can try. [Oh, what the hell. What the worst that could happen?]

Well, I was just thinking that's a far better use of your mouth than letting it slip those horrible pick-up lines my direction.

[He laughs at that, a bit breathless and still blushing.] Don't I know it. [Those were some really horrible lines.]

Of course, you can't just walk up to a girl and kiss her. Even if you do seem to be damn good at it.

That would be too easy. [And convenient. When has his life ever been convenient? Damn you, Castle.]
