You know, I've been wanting to do this for a while, and I think now is the best time to do it.

[And he'll just go up and kiss her squarely on the mouth.]

[He often looks smug. She's trying to decide if it's his 'I've just done something' smug or his 'I'm planning to do something' smug. There's a subtle difference.

Oh. It's the second one. There's a moment where she actually considers hitting him, mostly out of habit, before she reminds herself that hey, this this is okay and is a normal thing couples do. Apparently.

Besides, she's waned to do it too, so with that moment of self confusion out f the way, she leans up to kiss him back]

[Well, damn, he does have the height advantage there. Still, she's not going to let him 'win' over a technicality like that. She gives his lip a nip with those very sharp fangs of hers. Not enough to draw blood, never enough to draw blood, but enough to up her game a little]

[He winces, but he does so out of pleasant surprise, and returns the favor, though his teeth aren't sharp as hers. He never showed her his other form, did he? Oh well, maybe another time. Only makeouts now.]
