I was worried about this since a few months ago, it was said that the project might be scrapped. Thankfully that isn't the case!
And this is not good news:
Megan Fox Pursuing Lead Role in Carrie?
Here I thought that Carrie was supposed to be this less-than-attractive, awkward, shy girl? How are we supposed to take it seriously if she's some smoking hot bombshell like Fox? Unless they slap a crapton of ugly FX makeup on her, it just ain't going to work.
Or they could cast her as Sue Snell or Chris Hargensen. That would make more sense.
Or the most sense would be NOT REMAKE THE DAMN MOVIE AT ALL!
