Man, it's like they're following your blog and doing exactly what you DON'T want.

It was rumored to be like this to begin with since DiCraprio is Scorsese's current Golden Boy right now. I just kind of thought Scorsese would have a moment of clarity for this one and cast someone more appropriate who can sing (and can act for that matter, since DiSlaprio can't.)

But obviously, that didn't happen.

Scorsese needs to stop casting DiCaprio in EVERYTHING just because they're buds. You can't make a fucking movie about Frank Sinatra and not have the actor who can actually SING LIKE FRANK SINATRA. I mean, when they cast Joaquin Phoenix as Johnny Cash, he was able to sing AND play guitar. Have a casting call like everyone else in Hollywood and find someone who can sing and perform and LOOK like Sinatra and save Leo for your next kickass mobster movie because that's where he's at his best.
