Thank you guys for the suggestions, I am now reconsidering this trip and maybe save it for next year since it's going to be hard for me to plan everything if I wanted it to be within budget. As of right now, it's about $5000 for me to go to Japan for 9 days with tour guide, meals, and souvenirs, etc.. My brother now wants to come along with me on this trip but....he's already complaining about the short amount of time that we're going to be in Japan and the cost associated with this. If we do it ourselves, I think it will be much more cheaper than with a tour guide, so I will have to think about this thoroughly before deciding the best option for us two. Sigh~ I'm already stressing out about this.
